General Bonus Rules

1.1 Balkanix Limited (hereinafter “Balkanix”) periodically organizes promotional campaigns that may include the granting of bonuses and prizes to players, in various forms, in accordance with the Applicable Law and the Balkanix Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions or T&Cs). These Bonus Rules are an integral part of the Balkanix Limited Terms and Conditions and therefore of the legally binding agreement between you and the operator. In the event of any discrepancies between the provisions reflected in the T&C, these Bonus Rules and the specific rules applicable to that bonus, the following order of priority shall apply: (i) the specific bonus rules, (ii) the Bonus Rules, and (iii) the T&Cs.

1.2 Bonuses will only be transferred to your gaming account, withdrawing them is not allowed. The bonuses awarded are highlighted separately from the player's other game funds available for withdrawal at any time.

1.3 Unless otherwise specified, all offers are limited to one per account, which means at most one bonus per user, IP address, family, residential address, email address, and environments where computers can be shared.

1.4 Balkanix will determine the eligible users and prizes at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to offer a particular bonus to a specific player or group of players. You can only have one active bonus at a time. If you opt for a new bonus, the original bonus will be forfeited by you. For clarity, in the event that a user is eligible for two or more bonuses at the same time, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to award any of the bonuses. If you do not want to use the bonus, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting our customer service.

1.5 Each bonus awarded is subject to the Balkanix T&C, these Bonus Rules, as well as the specific rules of the respective bonus.

1.6 Details regarding the conditions of participation, eligibility and award, clauses and specific details will be defined in the specific rules of each bonus, prize and offer, and will be communicated to the segment of eligible players.

1.7 Communications will be made publicly on the website, or through various communication channels, which have been agreed by players in advance for the transmission of such communications.

1.8 Bonuses may be subject to a wagering requirement (wagering a certain number of times) before they can be withdrawn. Additional requirements regarding the maximum stakes that can be made, the games that count for wagering or the like will be specified in the specific rules applicable to each individual bonus. If the bonus is subject to requirements, any winnings generated can only be withdrawn when the requirements are met.

1.9 Bonuses may be subject to a betting limit and a conversion limit, set by the organizer in the specific rules of each bonus.

1.10 Withdrawal requests from the player account, made before the completion of the wagering conditions, lead to the cancellation of the active bonus.

1.11 Balkanix may decide at its sole discretion to exclude a player from any promotional campaign, withdraw the right to bonuses or close the player account with immediate effect if incorrect gaming methods are found or suspected.

1.12 Unfair gambling methods may include but are not limited to one of the following:

1.12.1 violation in any way of Balkanix’s T&Cs, the Bonus Rules or the rules specific to the respective bonus;

1.12.2 opening multiple accounts in order to receive more bonuses and make the necessary wagering for the purpose of releasing bonuses;

1.12.3 placing bets by a player or group of players who, thanks to bonuses, ensure guaranteed profits regardless of the outcome of the events on which betting was placed;

1.12.4 play with bonuses only while all minimum deposits are withdrawn to be eligible for the promotion;

1.12.5 placing contradictory bets (e.g., hedge betting) or placing bets that ensure a minimum win or loss for meeting the wagering conditions of the bonus;

1.12.6 repeatedly placing or forming a betting pattern on betting markets where the chances of validation with odds of 1 are high (example: Draw Cashback (DNB); Asian totals; Asian Handicaps) or on events in the Amplified Odds section).

1.12.7 increasing the balance and then significantly changing the playing pattern (bets, game types, betting structure, etc.) to meet the wagering requirements of the bonus;

1.12.8 low margin betting, arbitrage, risk-free bets or hedge betting.

1.13 Games with 0% contribution: Jack and the Beanstalk, Starburst XXXtreme, Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2, Joker Pro, Spaceman

1.14 Depending on Balkanix decision, a selection of games may not be available at any given time for players with an active bonus on their balance. If any, such a selection will be reflected in the specific rules of each bonus.

1.15 Each category of games contributes specifically, as follows:

1.16 All bonuses awarded as a percentage of a deposit will be calculated based on the amount deposited into the account after the application of all possible fees and commissions related to the deposit.

1.17 Deposits made via "Skrill", "Neteller" or "Paysafe Card" are not eligible for bonuses.

1.18 Balkanix decisions regarding bonuses are final.

Types of Bonuses

2.1 Bonus Money

2.1.1 It is a bonus allocated in the bonus balance of the gaming account consisting of a fixed amount or a percentage of the deposited amount.

2.1.2 Only one bonus can be active in the player account at a time. Bonuses are dedicated to Sports or Casino sections and can only be played in the sections for which they have been activated, on specified games.

2.1.3 The Bonus amounts awarded will have wagering requirements, granting conditions and validity periods established by the specific rules and conditions, available in the My Account > My Bonuses > All Bonuses section and in the communication sent to the player.

2.1.4 Withdrawal requests from the player account, made before the completion of the wagering conditions, lead to the cancellation of the active bonus.

2.1.5 For bonuses conditional on a deposit: The offer must be activated BEFORE the deposit is made, otherwise the right to it will be lost.

2.1.6 All winnings generated from bets that contribute to the wagering of a bonus will be allocated to the balance from which they were placed and can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met.

2.1.7 If a bonus is cancelled or expires before the wagering requirements are met, all bonus funds will be voided and forfeited, except for funds originally deposited and unplayed.

2.1.8 The profits obtained from the betting activity will be distributed according to the source from which the bet was placed. Example: Profits generated by placing bets from the bonus balance will be allocated to the bonus balance.

2.1.9 If both funds subject to a bonus and real funds, available for withdrawal at any time, are available in the game account, the order in which they are used is as follows: real funds (cash) then bonus funds.

2.2 Free Spins: are free spins or rounds, offered as a bonus, with a predetermined stake and dedicated to a specific game. Once used, any winnings will be credited to the bonus balance. Winnings will have wagering requirements and a validity period of 72 hours (unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of each bonus), available in the My Account > My Bonuses > All Bonuses section and in the communication sent to the player.

2.3 Free Bet: is a bet offered as a bonus, with a predetermined stake that can be restricted on certain odds, events or betting markets. Once the bet has been placed, any winnings will be credited to the real balance, with no wagering requirements (unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of each bonus). The Possible Win from the Free Bet represents the Profit and is calculated according to the formula: Win = Stake x Odds – Stake.

2.4 Other promotional activities

2.4.1 Other Prizes: any other prizes, offered to players in accordance with Applicable Law, Balkanix T&Cs and Specific Terms and Conditions.

Other Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Two (2) Advance Goals - Prepayment:

3.1.1 This option is available to all users registered on Balkanix.

3.1.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 00:00 CET and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.1.3 The offer is valid for single, multiple, system and Bet Builder bets, placed on the 1X2 (home or away win) market placed pre-match. The offer is not available for Live betting.

3.1.4 The offer does not apply to bets placed on the selection corresponding to a draw (X), or to "Boosted Odds" bets placed on the "Match Winner" market. Matches that have this option available will have the message 'Early Payout (EP)' displayed in the market description field.

3.1.5 In particular, the following football leagues qualify for this promotion: Premier League (England), Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), La Liga (Spain), Ligue 1 (France), Liga 1 (Romania), UEFA Champions League (Europe), UEFA Europa League (Europe), MLB (USA), NFL (USA), NBA (USA), Euroleague (Europe), NHL (USA), US OPEN (USA), Australian Open (Australia), Roland Garros (France), Wimbledon (United Kingdom).

3.1.6 Conditions for each sport. If prepayment is available:

• Baseball - if your team leads by 5 runs;
• American football - if your team leads by 17 points;
• Basketball - if your team leads by either 18 or 20 points;
• Tennis - if your player leads by 2 sets (applies only to men's grand slam tournaments);
• Ice hockey - if your team leads by 3 goals.

3.1.7 This offer will not apply to bets where the 'Cash Out' option has been used. In the case of multiple bets, the awarding of the offer for a specific selection(s) on which the bet has been placed will not be affected retrospectively if the customer cashes out the amounts for the remaining selections. All winnings will be credited as soon as this is possible, i.e. when the team leads by two goals. This offer will not apply where a bet has been cashed out in full. When a bet has been partially cashed out and your team leads by two goals, winnings will be calculated towards the remaining active stake.

3.1.8 In the case of the prepayment offer for football matches, you place a bet before the start of the match on the 1X2 market (home or away win), and if your team leads by 2 goals, at any time during the match, you win automatically, without having to wait for the end of the match!

3.1.9 When the conditions are met, you will automatically receive the winnings obtained for your bet. An eligible bet is paid out in full if the chosen team leads by two goals (or the required number of points referred to in point 3.1.6, depending on the sport) at any point in the match and regardless of the final result.

3.1.10 If your bet is prepaid according to this offer, you will not be paid out again if your selection of the match winner is correct.

3.1.11 Bets placed with the "Early Payout" option are not eligible for participation in other promotions - in order to participate in other promotions, the customer must place eligible bets on a normal market.

3.1.12 The operator reserves the right to restrict the use of this option by the customer, without providing a motivation and prior notification.

3.1.13 In the event of a dispute, the operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.1.14 Balkanix T&C and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.2 Boosted Odds

3.2.1 This feature is available to all users registered on Balkanix.

3.2.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.2.3 The Boosted Odds feature is available for single, combination and system bets placed on the 1X2 market with the Boosted Odds indication on pre-match selections only.

3.2.4 To take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which has the mention "Boosted Odds" displayed in the market description field.

3.2.5 Bets placed with the "Boosted Odds" option are not eligible for participation in other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (accumulation bonus, prepayment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.2.6 Balkanix T&C and Bonus Rules apply.

3.3 0% Margin

3.3.1 This feature is available to all users registered on Balkanix.

3.3.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.3.3 The 0% Margin feature is available for single, accumulator and system bets placed on the 1X2 market with 0% Margin indication on pre-match selections only.

3.3.4 To take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which has the mention 0% Margin displayed in the market description field.

3.3.5 Bets placed with the 0% Margin option are not eligible for participation in other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (accumulation bonus, prepayment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.3.6 Balkanix T&C and Bonus Rules apply.

3.4 Bonus Accumulator up to 100%

3.4.1 This promotion is available to all registered users on Balkanix.

3.4.2 This promotion is available from 18.10.2023 and can end at any time, following the operator's decision.

3.4.3 To participate in this promotion, the player must place a bet containing at least three events. Each selection must be placed for a minimum odds of 1.40.

3.4.4 The value of the boost that the customer can receive depends on the number of selections placed on the ticket. Full details of the Profit Amplifier (included number of selections and minimum odd requirements) are displayed on the Promotions page.

3.4.5 Additional winnings will be added to the total win and are calculated according to the following formula: Additional Winnings = (Total Odds * Stake - Stake) * Profit Booster.

3.4.6 Only bets made with real money are eligible for the promotion. Bets placed with bonus funds, free bets, or other types of bonuses are not eligible.

3.4.7 The operator reserves the right not to make the promotion public, depending on the availability of sporting events.

3.4.8 The Operator has the right to amend the terms of the Promotion at its own discretion with prior notice on the Organizer's website. The operator also reserves the right to refuse to offer a bonus to the customer.

3.4.9 In the event of a dispute, the operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.4.10 Balkanix T&C and Bonus Rules apply.

3.5 White score (Bore Draw) - 100% Stake Back

3.5.1 This option is available to all users registered on Balkanix.

3.5.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.5.3 Markets available for the Bore Draw option and can be marked with the "BD" sign:

• Correct score;
• Correct half-time/full time score;
• Half-time/end result.

3.5.4 The following leagues qualify for this promotion: Premier League (England), Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), La Liga (Spain), Ligue 1 (France), Liga 1 (Romania), UEFA Champions League (Europe), UEFA Europa League (Europe).

3.5.5 Place a pre-match bet, on the market types mentioned above and marked with the "BD" sign, and if the match ends in a 0-0 draw, that selection receives odds of 1.

3.5.6 The White Score feature is valid for single, combined system and Bet Builder bets placed only pre-match.

3.5.7 Odds of 1 are awarded after the bets placed have been settled. If, in the meantime, the player acts on the bet, in any way (e.g. cashing out/partial cashing out), the bet will no longer be eligible for the White Score offer.

3.5.8 To take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which has the mention "Bore Draw (BD)" displayed in the market description field.

3.5.9 Amounts obtained from bets placed on the Bore Draw feature are available for immediate withdrawal, without the need to place a new bet.

3.5.10 Bets placed with the Bore Draw (BD) feature are not eligible for participation in other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (rollover bonus, prepayment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.5.11 The Operator reserves the right to restrict the use of this option by the Customer, without giving a reason, but with prior notice to the Customer.

3.5.12 In the event of a dispute, the operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.5.13 Balkanix T&C and Bonus Rules apply.

3.6 Cash Out

3.6.1 Cash Out is a feature that allows the user to close a bet before the completion of the sporting event, in exchange for an amount calculated according to the timing of the Cash Out and the evolution of the event/events on which a bet has been placed. The amount offered through Cash Out can be higher or lower than the initial stake. The amount of the win may fluctuate during the course of the event(s). Users understand that the available amount for which they can use the Cash Out feature may differ from the initially displayed win amount. It is not allowed to place a bet and then use the Cash Out function immediately.

3.6.2 The Cash Out feature is only available for certain bets and events. Balkanix reserves the right to decide the selection of eligible bets and events for Cash Out, depending on internal policy and market conditions, technical interruptions or changes in the circumstances of the event.

3.6.3 Bets placed using any type of bonus do not benefit from the Cash Out option. Any winnings received as a result of using the Cash Out feature do not contribute to the wagering of the bonus (if there is such an active bonus subject to a wagering condition).

3.6.4 The Cash Out option is available for a limited time and can be disabled at any time by Balkanix. It is the user's responsibility to check the availability of the Cash Out option both at the time of placing the bet and at the time the user wishes to make use of this feature.

3.6.5 The value offered through Cash Out is calculated automatically, depending on the circumstances of the event and market fluctuations. Balkanix does not guarantee a specific Cash Out value and cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the use of this feature.

3.6.6 Once the user has confirmed the Cash Out, it becomes final and irreversible. The User accepts the amount displayed at the time of requesting the Cash Out, and Balkanix will not make any adjustments after confirmation, except in situations where the normal operation of the Cash Out function is affected by any technical interruptions, including (but not limited to) those generated by the loss of internet connection by the User. If the Cash Out feature is used, the final outcome of the sporting events will have no effect on the amount withdrawn through the Cash Out feature.

3.6.7 For clarity, in situations where an error (obvious or not) of any nature occurs, as a result of the identification of such an error, the Cash Out feature may be disabled for those bets affected by the error. If the use of the Cash Out feature has been wrongly accepted or has been accepted and an error has subsequently been identified that may affect the bet that has benefited from the Cash Out feature, then the Cash Out transaction will be cancelled and the bet in question will continue to be conducted in accordance with the terms initially agreed upon originally agreed by the player at the time of its placement. If multiple attempts are made to place bets and use the Cash Out feature for the same events before the error is identified and/or corrected, then these bets will be void.

3.6.8 Balkanix may set, in its sole discretion, limits on the use of the Cash Out feature, including daily or for certain types of events. In addition, Balkanix reserves the right to limit (in whole or in part) the use of the Cash Out function in the event of suspicion of abuse or irregular behavior.

3.6.9 Balkanix reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Cash Out feature at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, depending on the internal decision of Balkanix.

Tournament Rules

4.1 The Tournament is a competition organized periodically, available on the website in the "Tournaments" section, which aims to promote the services and games offered, by awarding bonuses to the players designated winners.

4.2 Mechanism:

4.2.1 In the "Tournaments" section of the website, all available tournaments are listed.

4.2.2 All users can participate in an upcoming or ongoing tournament using the "Join" option.

4.2.3 Members registered to participate in the tournament will have a predetermined period of time to collect points.

4.2.4 Any valid bets placed prior to the start of the tournament will not count towards the tournament leaderboard.

4.2.5 If two or more participants designated as winners have the same number of points, the one who reached the score first will occupy the more favorable position.

4.2.6 The selection of Games/Tables/Leagues participating in the tournament is displayed on the page dedicated to each available tournament. Users can only bet on the specified games/tables/leagues to collect points on the leaderboard.

4.3 Information and rules of the game. The following information will be displayed on each tournament page in the Terms and Conditions section:

4.3.1 Status – The status of the tournament can be: Active/Completed.

4.3.2 The validity period of the tournament.

4.3.3 Criteria for the accumulation of points by a participant and their calculation.

4.3.4 The total pool of winnings and their distribution according to the accumulated score.

4.3.5 Minimum criteria for participation in the tournament.

4.3.6 Where required, the minimum eligible bet that the participant must place in order to accumulate points.

4.3.7 The minimum number of participants required to start the tournament. If this predetermined number of participants is not reached by the time the tournament starts, it will be cancelled.

4.3.8 The minimum number of participants required to award the prizes. If this predetermined number of participants is not reached by the time the tournament is completed, it will be cancelled.

4.4 The rules and availability of the tournament may be changed by the organizer at its own discretion without the need for prior notification to the players.

Store Rules

5.1 In the Store, a player can convert the current bonus point balance into Bonuses, Bonus Spins and Free Bets (information about the value of the bonus points will always be available to players on the shop page), for which the following conditions apply:

5.2 Bonuses:

5.2.1 After exchanging bonus points for that bonus, a player will have 10 days to meet the wagering requirements of 40x the bonus amount.

5.2.2 The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus will be equal to 5x the initial bonus amount. For example: the maximum amount that will be credited to the real money balance, for a bonus of 50 RON will be 250 RON.

5.2.3 The bonus is only valid in the Casino section. It cannot be used in other sections (Live Casino, Sports, Virtual Sports).

5.3 Bonus Spins:

5.3.1 After exchanging bonus points for bonus spins, the player must activate the bonus spins in the Profile section and play them within 7 days of purchase.

5.3.2 Winnings from bonus spins will be credited as a bonus that will need to be wagered 40 times.

5.3.3 A player has 10 days to meet the wagering requirements for the bonus.

5.3.4 The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus account to the real money account will be 250 RON, any amount exceeding this value will be cancelled.

5.4 Free Bets:

5.4.1 The free bet will only be valid in the Sports section, it will not be available in other sections (virtual sports, casino, live casino, etc.).

5.4.2The free bet must be activated within 24 hours of receipt. The player must place the wagering of winnings within 30 days from the moment of activation of the Free Bet.

5.4.3 The free bet must be used once, at its full value. Winnings from the free bet will be credited to the player's real money account, after deducting the original value of the free bet. The player must re-wager the winnings, at least 3 times, at odds of at least 1.5, before requesting the withdrawal of funds.

5.5 A player can accumulate bonus points for the Store as follows:

• Every 500 RON wagered on casino games will award 1 bonus point. Bonus points should be credited only for wager of real money.
• 1% of each deposit will be credited in the form of bonus points (100RON = 1 bonus point)
• Participation and finishing at the top of the domestic tournament leaderboards can award bonus points, if these tournaments have the prize pool in bonus points.

5.6 Balkanix T&C applies.

Gamification

6.1 Gamification consists of 4 elements:

• Bonus Points;
• Weekly challenges;
• Unique challenges;
• Book collections;

6.2 All registered users are eligible to participate in any or all of the elements of gamification.

6.3 Bonus Points:

6.3.1 The player can accumulate Bonus Points as follows:

• By completing Weekly Challenges;
• By participating and ranking on the top positions in our domestic tournaments.

6.3.2 Bonus Points have no intrinsic value – they cannot be used to bet, nor do they have a corresponding value in RON so that they can be converted and subsequently withdrawn. They may only be used thereafter to obtain benefits, as indicated in Section 6:

6.4 Weekly challenges:

6.4.1 By placing bets on the Website in the Casino and/or Sports Betting section, players automatically consent to participate in the Weekly Challenges.

6.4.2 The weekly challenges are divided into two sections – Sports and Casino. The player can choose to complete either section or both. The conditions of each challenge can be communicated by Balkanix to the participants both through its own website and through the communication channels for which the participant has given his consent.

6.4.3 The challenge is considered "completed" after the player has fulfilled all the conditions of an individual challenge.

6.4.4 By completing each individual challenge, the player receives one or more Bonus Points, as follows: in the Sports section, the Bonus Points for completing each challenge are calculated as follows: the bet of 500 RON placed brings a win of 1 (one) Bonus Point. Each challenge in the Sports section has a mandatory minimum bet amount. The challenge is considered "completed" after the bet is settled as "won" or "lost"; in the Casino section, each challenge has a set number of Bonus Points that the player will receive as a reward. The more complex the challenge, the more Bonus Points the player will receive for completing it.

6.4.5 In addition to the Bonus Points earned for each individual challenge, the player can receive an additional 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the Weekly Challenges within a week for each individual section (which means that the player can get 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the challenges in the Sports section, as well as 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the challenges in the Casino section).

6.5 Unique challenges:

6.5.1 Completion of each challenge will automatically award the amount of Bonus Points as a reward, which will be added to the player's total balance of Bonus Points.

6.5.2 A player may choose any challenge and play towards its completion; no particular order shall be followed.

6.6 Card Collections

6.6.1 There are 5 regular and 2 exclusive collections, each collection consisting of 10 cards with items.

6.6.2 The player may purchase cards using the accumulated Bonus Points.

6.6.3 Exclusive collections become available to a user when they complete at least 3 regular collections.

6.6.4 Types of bonuses that the player can receive:

6.6.4.1 Bonus Spins:

6.6.4.1.1 After exchanging the Bonus Points for bonus spins, the player must activate the bonus spins in the Profile section and play them within 7 days of purchase.

6.6.4.1.2 Winnings from bonus spins will be credited as a bonus that will have to be wagered 40 times.

6.6.4.1.3 A player has 10 days to meet the wagering requirements for the bonus.

6.6.4.1.4 The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus account to the real money account will be 250 RON, any amount exceeding this value will be cancelled.

6.6.5 For completing each collection, i.e. for purchasing all the cards in a collection, the player will receive a bonus allocated to this collection.

6.6.6 The bonus will have a wagering requirement of 1x on any game in the Sports or Casino section, before it can be withdrawn.

6.7 General Don.ro Terms and Conditions apply.

Mega Round Terms and Conditions

7.1 The following are the terms and conditions applicable to the Mega Round promotional mechanism. Mega Round represents a gamification feature and a bonus mechanism available to all registered users on the platform. It allows the accumulation and use of attempts to spin a virtual prize wheel. Each spin guarantees a randomly determined reward. The rewards include Bonus Money (1x wagering), Bonus Money (30x wagering), or free casino spins.

7.2 Earning Attempts

7.2.1 Players receive one attempt for every amount of 500 RON wagered on games eligible for Mega Round. A player may obtain up to a maximum of 3 (three) attempts during a calendar day. Attempts should be credited only for wager of real money.

7.2.2 A player may hold, at any time, up to a maximum of 10 (ten) attempts in their balance. Additional attempts will not be granted until the attempt balance falls below this maximum limit.

7.3 Mechanism:

7.3.1 Each spin within the Mega Round requires the use of one attempt.

7.3.2 Spins are manually initiated by the player by pressing the “Spin” button.

7.3.3 Each spin results in the selection of a reward, determined randomly.

7.3.4 All spins guarantee the awarding of a reward.

7.4 Available Prizes

8.6 Controale și Condiții de Joc

9.2 Despre joc

9.2.1 MEGA Shoot reprezintă o funcționalitate de gamificare și un mecanism de bonusare disponibil tuturor utilizatorilor înregistrați pe platformă, ce constă într-un mecanism digital interactiv bazat pe simularea executării loviturilor de departajare la fotbal, utilizat exclusiv în scopul acordării de beneficii promoționale jucătorilor eligibili.

Promoția MEGA Shoot va putea fi accesată de către utilizatori prin intermediul unui buton dedicat, disponibil în cadrul platformei operatorului.

Participarea la promoția MEGA Shoot nu implică și nu presupune achitarea unei taxe de participare distincte în bani reali.

În cadrul acestei promoții, jucătorii participă la sesiuni individuale de tip single-player de executare a loviturilor de departajare (lovituri de penalti), în care interacționează cu un sistem automatizat ( portar virtual controlat de inteligență artificială), rezultatele fiind determinate prin utilizarea unui generator de numere aleatorii (RNG). 9.3 Mecanică de joc

9.3.1 Cum să începi

• În cadrul promoției, fiecare sesiune / meci este inițiat/ă în Lobby (secțiunea dedicată din cadrul platformei operatorului, prin intermediul căreia jucătorii pot accesa promoția MEGA Shoot și iniția participarea la aceasta), unde jucătorilor li se acordă puncte bonus gratuite la intervale de 24 de ore, acestea reprezentând un prim nivel de bonusare aferent mecanismului promoțional MEGA Shoot.
• Pentru a începe, jucătorii selectează o sumă de puncte bonus pentru intrare și apasă „Joacă” în vederea inițierii interacțiunii cu portarul virtual.

9.3.2 Loviturile de departajare

• În fiecare sesiune/meci, jucătorii alternează între rolurile de „Executant al loviturii de departajare” și „Portar”. Pentru a trage sau a apăra, jucătorii selectează o zonă țintă pe suprafața porții într-un interval de timp determinat. Dacă temporizatorul expiră (respectiv acțiunea nu este efectuată în termenul alocat), sistemul va acționa automat și va selecta aleatoriu o zonă, în vederea determinării rezultatului și evitării blocării sesiunii.

9.3.3 Rezultatele meciurilor

• Rezultatul fiecărui meci este determinat prin utilizarea unui Generator de Numere Aleatorii (RNG) pentru a asigura o echitate totală. Rezultatele se bazează exclusiv pe hazard și sunt independente de comportamentul jucătorului, de rezultatele anterioare sau de utilizarea punctelor bonus.
• Meciurile constau de obicei din 3 lovituri pentru fiecare participant; dacă scorul este egal, meciul continuă cu runde suplimentare până când se determină un rezultat final.

9.3.4 Întreruperi

• Dacă jocul eșuează din cauza unei erori tehnice, suma de puncte bonus utilizată pentru participare este returnată. Totuși, dacă un jucător părăsește jocul manual, întrerupe meciul/sesiunea în mod voluntar sau se deconectează în timpul unui meci/sesiuni, acesta este considerată o înfrângere și nu se acordă rambursarea punctelor bonus.

9.4 Puncte Bonus

9.4.1 Un jucător poate acumula puncte bonus pentru Magazin astfel:

• La fiecare 50 RON pariați pe jocuri de cazinou se acordă 1 punct bonus. Punctele bonus se acordă doar pentru miză din bani reali.
• 1% din fiecare depunere va fi creditat sub formă de puncte bonus (spre exemplu 100 RON = 1 punct bonus).
• Participarea și clasarea pe primele poziții în clasamentele turneelor interne organizate de operator poate acorda puncte bonus, dacă aceste turnee au fondul de premii în puncte bonus.

9.4.2 Punctele Bonus reprezintă unități virtuale fără valoare economică intrinsecă, care nu pot fi folosite pentru plasarea de pariuri și care nu au o valoare corespunzătoare în RON, nefiind convertibile și neputând face obiectul retragerii.

9.5 Turnee

9.5.1 Puncte de clasament (LP)

• Punctele de clasament (LP) sunt unități virtuale utilizate exclusiv pentru ierarhizarea jucătorilor în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot și nu au valoare monetară, neputând fi convertite sau utilizate în afara acestui scop.
• Aceste puncte de clasament (LP) sunt acordate pentru fiecare meci jucat, câștigarea unui meci oferind un număr mai mare de puncte decât o înfrângere
• Cu cât jucătorii mizează mai multe puncte bonus (utilizează un număr mai mare de puncte bonus pentru participare), cu atât primesc mai multe puncte de clasament (LP).

9.5.2 Selecția echipei

• Înainte de a intra în turneu, jucătorii aleg una dintre cele 48 de echipe reale pe care să o reprezinte. Această alegere este definitivă pe durata promoției și este disponibilă doar în perioada turneului Cupei Mondiale.
• Selecția echipelor este acceptată până la finalul fazei grupelor (inclusiv data de 27 iunie 2026).
• Jucătorii pot primi recompense promoționale suplimentare dacă echipa lor aleasă câștigă Marelui Turneu reală.
• Selecția echipei are exclusiv un rol promoțional și nu constituie o formă de pariere, iar promoția de tip gamificare MEGA Shoot nu implică în niciun mod prezicerea sau mizarea pe rezultate din evenimente reale.

9.5.3 Turnee zilnice

• Un nou clasament începe în fiecare zi la ora 00:00 UTC.
• Primii 10 jucători care câștigă cele mai multe puncte de clasament în acele 24 de ore primesc recompense promoționale.
• Recompensele promoționale aferente turneului sunt acordate doar dacă în ziua respectivă participă 100 sau mai mulți jucători activi. Un jucător activ este definit ca orice persoană care a jucat cel puțin un meci MEGA Shoot în perioada de 24 de ore utilizând puncte bonus obținute ca urmare a activității sale desfățurată pe platformă în conformitate cu prevederile art. 9.4.1, cu excepția punctelor bonus gratuite acordate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot. Jucătorii care joacă exclusiv cu puncte bonus gratuite acordate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot nu sunt considerați jucători activi și nu vor fi incluși în clasamentul turneului.

9.5.4 Turneul Cupei Mondiale

• Acesta este un eveniment special care se desfășoară timp de 42 de zile, din 8 iunie 2026 până în 19 iulie 2026.
• Punctele totale din Clasament obținute de un jucător pe întreaga perioadă determină poziția acestuia în clasamentul final.
• Jucătorii care joacă exclusiv cu puncte bonus gratuite acordate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot nu sunt considerați jucători activi și nu vor fi incluși în clasamentul turneului.

9.5.5 Turneu de Weekend

• Odată ce turneul Cupei Mondiale se încheie, turneul de Weekend îi ia locul.
• Acest turneu se desfășoară de vineri până luni (00:00 UTC). Pentru a participa, jucătorii trebuie să câștige 3 meciuri zilnice sau să folosească o Cheie de Turneu.
• Recompensele turneului sunt acordate doar dacă în ziua respectivă participă 100 sau mai mulți jucători activi. Un jucător activ este definit ca orice persoană care a jucat cel puțin un meci MEGA Shoot în perioada săptămânii utilizând puncte bonus obținute ca urmare a activității sale desfățurată pe platformă în conformitate cu prevederile art. 9.4.1, cu excepția punctelor bonus gratuite acordate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot. Jucătorii care joacă exclusiv cu puncte bonus gratuite acordate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot nu sunt considerați jucători activi și nu vor fi incluși în clasamentul turneului.

9.5.6 Logica de departajare

• La închiderea/finalizarea unui turneu, în vederea stabilirii clasamentului final și a acordării recompenselor promoționale, în situația în care doi sau mai mulți jucători înregistrează un număr egal de puncte, poziționarea jucătorilor în clasament se stabilește automat prin aplicarea succesivă a următoarelor criterii de departajare: în primul rând, numărul total de victorii obținute, iar ulterior golaverajul (diferența dintre numărul total de goluri marcate și numărul total de goluri primite). Aceste criterii de departajare sunt calculate în mod automat de sistem în scopul asigurării unei ierarhizări clare a pozițiilor finale.

9.6 Recompense promoționale

9.6.1 Jucătorii câștigă puncte bonus pentru victoriile individuale și bonusuri prin progresul lor în clasamentele turneelor organizate în cadrul promoției MEGA Shoot.

9.6.2 Câștiguri din meci

• Când un jucător câștigă un meci, recompensa promoțională se calculează ca dublul sumei de intrare în puncte bonus (dublul valorii punctelor bonus utilizate pentru participare la meci) minus un comision de 10%. Aceste puncte bonus sunt adăugate imediat la soldul punctelor bonus aparținând jucătorului.

9.6.3 Selector de recompense zilnice

• După ce câștigă un al doilea meci într-o singură zi, jucătorii primesc o recompensă promoțională suplimentară afisată pe ecranul de după meci (în interfața imediat ulterioară finalizării meciului) constând fie într-o recompensă aferentă secțiunii de cazinou (cum ar fi rotiri gratuite sau bani bonus), fie într-o recompensă aferentă secțiunii de pariuri sportive (cum ar fi un pariu gratuit).

9.6.4 Bonus de selecție a echipei

• Jucătorii pot deveni eligibili pentru acordarea unei recompense promoționale suplimentare în urma selecției echipei efectuate la începutul promoției, dacă echipa aleasă de aceștia câștigă Marelui Turneu, recompensa urmând a fi acordată ulterior finalizării Cupei Mondiale și a confirmării rezultatului final al acesteia.
• Pentru a fi eligibili pentru acordarea acestei recompense, jucătorii trebuie să îndeplinească anumite condiții privind istoricul depunerilor efectuate pe parcursul întregii activități . 9.6.5 Premiile turneului

• Toate premiile/recompensele promoționale câștigate în cadrul turneelor trebuie revendicate manual prin apăsarea butonului „Colectează” din fereastra dedicată pop-up a promoției MEGA Shoot, care va apărea la prima accesare a promoției MEGA Shoot după creditarea recompenselor. Aceste recompense nu au un termen de expirare și vor rămâne disponibile pe o perioadă nedeterminată, până când jucătorul accesează promoția MEGA Shoot și activează interfața de revendicare. Ulterior revendicării, utilizarea acestora este supusă cerințelor standard de pariere/rulaj și celorlalte condiții aplicabile fiecărui tip de recompensă, astfel cum acestea sunt prevăzute în prezentele Reguli Bonus sau, după caz, în Termenii și Condițiile aferente promoțiilor speciale relevante.

9.7 Magazin

9.7.1 Jucătorii pot folosi puncte bonus pentru a accesa anumite elemente (obiecte) disponibile în cadrul promoției de care se pot utiliza ulterior în activitatea desfășurată în cadrul promoției. Deși aceste elemente pot influența viteza de progres a unui jucător – de exemplu, prin creșterea numărului de puncte de clasament acumulate – acestea nu influențează rezultatul propriu-zis al meciurilor sau probabilitatea de câștig, care este stabilit exclusiv pe baza unui generator de numere aleatorii (RNG).

9.7.2 În prezent, Magazinul oferă:

• Boostere LP (puncte de clasament) – cresc câștigurile de puncte de clasament cu până la 50% pentru 3 meciuri. Jucătorii sunt limitați la 5 boostere pe zi.
• Embleme – sunt folosite pentru a personaliza profilul jucătorului în cadrul promoției și nu au niciun efect asupra activității desfășurate în cadrul promoției.
• Cheie de Turneu – acestea oferă acces la turneul de Weekend fără a fi nevoie de 3 victorii. Cheile de Turneu devin disponibile odată cu deschiderea turneului de weekend.

9.8 Cerințe de pariere/ rulaj aferente recompenselor promoționale

• Rotiri gratuite – acestea sunt supuse unei cerințe de pariere/rulaj de 40x, cu o plată maximă de 500 RON (reprezentând suma maximă care poate fi convertită în bani reali și retrasă ulterior îndeplinirii cerinței de rulaj). Acestea sunt valabile doar pentru jocurile de cazinou. Jucătorii au la dispoziție un termen de 10 zile pentru a îndeplini toate cerințele de pariere/rulaj aplicabile.
• Bani bonus – sunt supuși unei cerințe de pariere/rulaj de 30x. Suma maximă care poate fi eliberată este de 5 ori suma bonusului inițial, reprezentând suma maximă ce poate fi convertită în bani reali și retrasă ulterior îndeplinirii cerinței de rulaj. Jucătorii au la dispoziție un termen de 10 zile pentru a îndeplini toate cerințele de pariere/rulaj aplicabile.
• Pariuri gratuite – sunt valabile doar pentru secțiunea aferentă pariurilor sportive, trebuie activate în decurs de 24 de ore de la acordare și utilizate la valoarea integrală. Câștigurile rezultate din Pariul Gratuit sunt creditate în contul de bani reali al jucătorului după deducerea valorii inițiale a Pariului Gratuit (în contul de bani reali al jucătorului se creditează exclusiv câștigul net, respectiv suma totală câștigată din pariu minus valoarea inițială a Pariului Gratuit). Aceste câștiguri trebuie pariate de cel puțin 3 ori la cote de 1,5 sau mai mari, în decurs de 30 de zile, înainte de a putea fi solicitată retragerea acestora.

9.9 Joc Responsabil

9.9.1 Balkanix își reafirmă angajamentul ferm față de promovarea jocului responsabil și a protecției jucătorilor. Promoția MEGA Shoot este concepută exclusiv ca o experiență de divertisment și trebuie utilizată în mod responsabil. În acest sens, jucătorii sunt încurajați să folosească instrumentele disponibile pe platformă, inclusiv limitele de depunere, perioadele de pauză (time-out) și opțiunile de autoexcludere ori de câte ori consideră necesar, în vederea menținerii unui comportament responsabil și a prevenirii potențialelor efecte negative asociate utilizării excesive a serviciilor oferite.
